One Body In Christ In Love Ministries A letter to the sons and daughters of God at One Body In Christ In Love Ministries,
1. The Process Class is a requirement for all who attend the ministry. The Process Class is not for the purpose of establishing you as a minister but to establish in you the order of God concerning ministry in the Kingdom of God. We are all ministers in the Kingdom. The word minister simply means one who is a servant. Wait on your ministry. Even after leaving One Body In Christ In Love, there is an order in ministry that begins with sitting at the feet. The Process Class teaches the order of how to operate in ministry. There are no exceptions to taking the class. If you need help or any assistance through the class, we will be there to assist you. 2. Street Ministry is a part of One Body In Christ In Love’s development of disciples to evangelize the lost. Evangelism is in Scripture. Concerning women who are pregnant or who have children up to the age of 4 or 5, they are not required to attend Street Ministry if they choose not to attend. If they choose to attend Street Ministry, that is fine ¾ the choice is theirs. The ministry will not make that decision for them. We will not make women feel uncomfortable or as if they are not in right standing with God if they choose to tend to their child(ren) or their pregnancy ¾ that is also Scripture. In the Bible in the time of warfare, the men went out to war while the women and children stayed behind. Street Ministry is warfare. If a woman is single with no young children, she should be at Street Ministry. When a couple is newly married, there is a time of transition where they must attend to their marriage and household. We want to honor their time of transition. Therefore, during that time, they are also not required to attend Street Ministry if they chooses. However, if they decide to attend Street Ministry after becoming newly married, they are welcome to attend ¾ the choice is theirs. “The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.” ¾ Romans 14:3-4 (NIV) 3. Concerning counseling, the Bible says in Titus 2 that the older men should teach the younger men and the older women should teach the younger women. However, there are times that a man or woman may ask a question or seek counseling from Upper Leadership (Apostle Auberry, Prophet Barber, Pastor Bobby). If a woman seeks counsel from someone in Upper Leadership and the situation is a personal woman’s issue, Upper Leadership should pass it on to the Women’s Ministry Leaders. If the situation is a personal general matter, Upper Leadership can give counsel. However, Upper Leadership should be conscious that we have Women Leaders that they can refer the women to, and let the Women Leaders be conscious that Upper Leadership can give counsel concerning general matters. There is safety in the multitude of counsel (Prov. 11:14). All counsel that is given should line up with the Word of God. 4. When you have an issue with someone in leadership or with a brother/sister in Christ, let us move according to Scripture (Matthew 18). Scripture says to take the person to the side and talk to them about the issue first ¾ do not talk to other people about the issue. If the person does not receive you after speaking with them, then take one or two others with you to address the issue. When you have an issue with someone in the ministry and the person does not receive you after speaking with them one-on-one, if they are a woman, take a woman minister with you and call a meeting with the person. If the person is a man, take a male minister with you and call a meeting with the person. If you are a male minister and the person is also a male minister, call a meeting with Elder Jason Shirley and the person to address the issue. If you are a woman minister and the person is also a woman minister, call a meeting with Minister Michelle Shirley and the person to address the issue. If the person you have the issue with is someone in Upper Leadership (Apostle Auberry, Prophet Barber, Pastor Bobby) and they do not receive you after speaking with them one-on-one, call a meeting with them and another person in Upper Leadership or with Elder Jason Shirley or Minister Michelle Shirley to address the issue. Let us all be open to hear what God has to say. The issue should not bring us to a place of division. No one should ever put down anyone in leadership or another brother/sister. “Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.” ¾ Matthew 18:15-17 (NKJV) 5. There is an expectation for those on the Leadership Team (Leaders and Ministers) to attend services. The Leadership Team should be in position to serve at every service. As a minister, if you cannot attend a service, you are required to inform Upper Leadership. My prayer is that we all humble ourselves to keep the unity of the Spirit and build the Kingdom of God. Let us all examine our hearts and make sure our desire is to please God and not promote our own desires and opinions. I have sought God regarding these matters, and this is what He has said and told me to release to you. Let us all be in compliance in these areas. I want all of us to come into agreement with what God has said regarding these topics. No one must speak contrary to what this letter is establishing. It is in alignment with the word of God. May God bless you richly, Apostle Darryl K. Auberry, Senior Pastor
